About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Clinical Operations team.

The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical supply chain activities, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of clinical trial materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to support clinical trials.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of clinical trial materials to ensure adequate supply.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of supply chain documentation, including shipment records, inventory logs, and compliance reports.
• Participate in forecasting and demand planning activities to predict future supply needs.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the resolution of supply chain issues as they arise.
• Support the maintenance of supply chain systems and databases.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelore's /Master's in Computer Sciences or BSc in Life Sciences, MSc in Life Sciences, B Pharmacy, or M Pharmacy.
• Should done – with BA/ Business Analysis/ Business Analyst – course.
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in clinical supply chain, IRT or related fields (internships and co-op experiences are considered).

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
