Job Description
|
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality, compelling, and compliant pre-qualification packages, statements of qualifications (SOQ), requests for proposals and qualifications (RFP/RFQ), and interview/presentation materials.
- Develop and maintain proposal and presentation templates consistent with corporate identity and various internal brands.
- Strategically manage the proposal response process from receipt of RFQ/RFP to delivery of final proposal/presentation package.
- Participate in trend analysis, proposal and project debriefing, and other activities to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to maintain and manage quote templates.
- Attend bid-defense meetings to support the sales process.
- Analyze costing and bench marking against actual and industry metrics on a regular basis.
- Work closely with sales directors to review all quotes for accuracy and alignment with finance policies and practices.
- Ability to capture and explain complex relationships in a clear and concise manner.
Experience:
- Proven experience with RFQ, RFP, and end-to-end pre-sales / proposals within the Clinical Research (CRO), Biotech/Biopharma/HealthCare/CRDMO/CDMO/BABE industry or related consulting fields.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Educational Background: Any UG/PG Life Sciences Degree or related fields.
