|
Position Overview: You will be involved in overseeing and executing (MakroCare) clinical research projects for our clients, expert guidance and strategic planning to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials. The Consultant role offers flexibility and the opportunity to engage with various clients and projects, contributing to the advancement of medical science and patient care. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their clinical research goals, requirements, and timelines. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including study protocols, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are achieved. Manage vendor relationships, including CROs, central labs, and other third-party partners, to ensure alignment with project objectives. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders on project status, progress, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree (e.g., Master's, PhD) preferred. 8+ years of clinical project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry. In-depth knowledge of clinical trial operations, regulations, and guidelines (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, etc.). Proven track record of successfully managing multiple clinical trials simultaneously, from initiation to closeout. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing project needs. PMP, CCRA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
