The Sr.Manager PPM, will lead program management of clinical supply projects meeting customer
requirements as primary goal. In addition, will be accountable for developing strategic direction and
driving execution of clinical supply management tools, ePRO and related technologies.
Essential Responsibilities and Deliverables
Product Development:
Provide strategic guidance across multiple client functions in partnership with clients and Soft dev
teams.
Partner with internal/external sponsors and Application Development managers to create robust
IT Roadmaps.
Ensure these Roadmaps are well understood throughout the functions and serve as dynamic tool
to manage emerging requirements and projects.
Foster a strong customer service mind-set throughout the team.
Collaborate with senior IT colleagues to ensure all Roadmaps /Application Development projects
are managed as an Enterprise portfolio.
Search out and bring innovative, external best practice ideas to all areas of IRT, and other clinical
technologies.
Ensure Application Development initiatives are well managed and deliver on expectations with
respect to functionality, timeliness, and cost.
Program Management:
Structures and manages integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects.
Leads the development and tracking of integrated project plans.
Provides project management support to government project/program leadership by helping to
manage issues, risks, and re-planning efforts.
Manages client relationships. Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction. Manages peer-level
client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.).
Develops relationships with, and ensures the appropriate participation of, key client stakeholders
and client executives. Provides day-to-day project contact for the client.
Work with all users, including end users, site administrators, and managers to get feedback on
current operations and requirements for new features.
Provide project planning materials, such as project plans and cost estimates, and status /
progress reports to leadership teams.
Establishes and maintains processes to manage scope over the project life cycle.
Develop and present solutions and recommendations.
Support business development activities including client proposals.
