We are seeking a talented IT Recruiter... This role owns the full recruiting cycle, with an emphasis on sourcing, screening and recruiting and closing top tier candidates. This ideal candidate will have a background in placing IT and Professional (Non IT) consultants, top customer service skills, a sense of urgency and a solid track record of hiring quality candidates.
Position Requirements:
5-8 years of experience as an IT recruiter required.
Drive the recruiting process; owning the entire life cycle of a candidate from sourcing to hire.
Track the progress of open positions, screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, candidate management, and provide support to managers during the hiring process.
Should have solid experience in placing Java, .net, DBA, ERP, Devops, Networking and Professional (Non IT) consultants.
Solid experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
Proven ability to manage, strategize and operate effectively in a high-volume corporate recruiting environment.
Varied experience in developing strategies for sourcing, building pipelines and managing a high volume of candidates.
A team player and willingness to pitch in when needed on various recruiting initiatives and projects.
Self-motivation, strong time management and organization skills.
Professional with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Should be comfortable working in Night Shifts.
