Experience : 8 to 13 years.

Drive and Manage Recruitment Team (50%)

Handle end to end recruitment process.

Manage and mentor the US Recruitment Team.

Review and improve teams performance through one-on-ones.

Provide regular reports to US recruitment team including daily recruitment updates, competitor analysis, etc.

Coordinate with the on-site team for daily requirement.

Set targets for team members.

Maintain health, accuracy and freshness of the candidate database.

Handle backend operations for the US team (Employee Verification, etc.)

Responsible for building, mentoring, motivating and perpetrating effectively create a professional, healthy, accountable work force.

Develop and promote Best Recruiting Practices within the organization through personal leadership.

Increase the team productivity by introducing new recruiting methods & procedures regularly.

Work closely with Sales and Account Managers - to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectation of the client/s, progress of the process and prioritizing the requirements.

Well versed in defining career path, building leadership, delegation of responsibilities, controlling attrition and ownership and delivery.

Source Candidates (30%).

Analyze open position requirements and post the job requirements on Internet job boards on weekly basis.

Deliver starts per month as per targets specified.

Source resumes from job portals and various networking sites.

Build a proactive Database and generate a strong candidate pool for all client groups.

To build long-term relationship with candidates.

Screen candidates and enter qualified candidates in the application tracking system.

Touch base with the candidates and follow up on regular basis.

Train Team Members (20%)

Train team on U.S. Recruitment process.

Review and integrate recruitment techniques for effective sourcing.

Other responsibilities as so may be assigned from time to time to support specific business needs.
