Minimum Requirements
• 2-5yrs  years experience as a UI Developer
• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline – B Tech/MCA

Core Competency Requirements
• Experience in building responsive websites with CSS (3), HTML (5), and JavaScript.
• Ability to interpret wireframes and requirements into workable HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience developing applications using front-end web technologies such as Angular.js, JQuery (Core/Validator/UI), Twitter Bootstrap.
• Good knowledge and hands on in: - Browser-server interactions - Event and object modeling - DOM manipulation - Programming patterns - AJAX libraries and tools
• Strong knowledge of OO design, common web design patterns and MVVM / MVC modeling.
• Experience with JSON, XML.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, cross-browser issues and strategies for designing compatible UI.
• Experience in consuming REST based web services using Ajax.
• Good to have Eclipse and Visual Studio knowledge.
• Solution orientated with a positive, can-do attitude and an ability to work under pressure.
• Good oral, presentation and written communication skills.
• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
• Ability to consistently perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
