Job Description
|
We are seeking a talented IT Recruiter... This role owns the full recruiting cycle, with an emphasis on sourcing, screening and recruiting and closing top tier candidates. This ideal candidate will have a background in placing IT and Professional (Non IT) consultants, top customer service skills, a sense of urgency and a solid track record of hiring quality candidates.
Position Requirements:
• 2-6 years’ experience in US IT Recruitments.
• Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
• Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
• Experience recruiting/dealing with OPTs students
• Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate
• Sourcing and adding H1B’s, EADs to our Bench list
• Should be able to handle multiple requirements.
• Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
• Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
• Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
• Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivation, strong time management and organization skills
• Willing to work as per US timings/ i.e. Night shift in India
