Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
Handling end to end internal recruitment process for Makro Group.
Understanding & Analysing the requirements. Creating or reviewing Job descriptions.
Reviewing job applications and screening the candidates
Sourcing candidates from different channels
Posting jobs online and advertise positions.
Coordinating with different business leaders and conducting interviews
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates till end of process.
Conducting and coordinating interviews, written tests, walk-ins, job fairs etc
Preparing recruitment metrics
Verifying documents, back ground verification & offer release.
Mentoring junior team members of the recruitment team.
Understanding market trends and competitor analysis
Requirement:
Should have understanding on IT & Non-IT requirements
Should have 5-8 Years of Recruitment experience.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Must have good Knowledge of MS Word, Excel
Attention to detail
Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision making skills
