Responsibilities:
* Handling end to end internal recruitment process for Makro Group.
* Understanding & Analysing the requirements
* Sourcing candidates
* Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates till end of process.
* Conducting and coordinating interviews, written tests, walk-ins, job fairs etc
* Preparing recruitment metrics
* Verifying documents & offer release.
Skills required:
* Should have understanding on IT & Non-IT requirements.
* Should have 5-8 Years of Recruitment experience.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Must have good Knowledge of MS Word, Excel
Qualification:
Any graduate/ Postgraduate
