Java Developer
• Proficient with Java technologies – Core & Advanced
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories
• Strong Experience in either Oracle or SQL server or both. DBMS experience on Schema Design, Stored Procedures and functions, Query optimization etc
• Mongo DB knowledge is preferred
• Exposure to designing and developing enterprise grade software
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
Requirement:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
• Mentor team members to improve their skills and quality of the work
• Knowledge in SDLC
• Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment
• Ability to consistently perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
