Responsible for effective and consistent communication,and supporting many of our key customers.
• Addressing client/customer queries and issuespertaining to our software, tools & applications
• Handling all modes of communication received at theService Desk
• Ensuring that requests are addressed in a timely andeffective manner.
• Monitor Track and Report incident received on a weeklybasis
• Support clients across the 24/7 service window
• Enhancing our products by continuously seeking outrelevant customer feedback.
• Basic understanding of Technical Troubleshooting andaspects
• Understanding of Software Development concepts andtimelines.
• Good and effective communication skills
